Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original shoebox and secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
